Ain't that some bull? This is why we want to be guys like Arnie and Sly. It's not just the fitness at that age (several tons of dianabol will do that just fine), it's the recognition across generations and the respect for your accomplishments.

I know a lot of folks my age who were sacked outside of current circumstances with no ceremony and a meager severance package - with emphasis on "severance"! 15-20 years of service. Not all of it was stellar, of course, but it was never bad. Call it a "restructuring". Foreign and domestic investors thirsty for that liquidation. It's a staple of a blood-sucking vampire's diet... Anyway, I've rambled long enough. Work for yourself and for your interests.

Well he's probably cursed by someone in the hero party? Or the hero himself because he wanted to surpass Mc?

The author really could not come up with a better excuse of a story than him to not even try to use dispel through his years of this "disease?" Idk what the world building in magic/skills will be in the future but something that affects your max hp upon skill usage being a disease is kinda a stupid conclusion and should have been seen as a curse first, no matter how you look at it. What, were those other cases also cursed people but people assumed it was a disease? Is the disease real but his was a curse that matched the symptoms?

It really shouldn't be a big deal but that whole resolution to his apparently years old life changing problem was in essence, fucking dumb.

wtf is with japenese people in most manga i see loli wtf?

The title of the manga is : I'm a Middle-Aged Man Who Got My Adventurer License Revoked, but I Can Enjoy Life Because I Have a Lovely Daughter

of course you'll be seeing a fucking loli.

And that's besides the point that lolicons/shotacons exists.

The guild doesn't want to see you die in vain, but it's totally fine to watch you die in poverty. If you're taking away his job, the least you could try to do is set him up with something else.

Anyway, at least he got out of ball sack

I like how his curse just makes him weaker for doing daily life adventurer things. It's really fitting with that adult theme of just getting pains from doing normal daily shit like getting out of your car, or trying to stretch to reach that pen you dropped.

The story may be wholesome, I don't know. But it starts a bit off: how do you become the best "unintentionally"? Imagine Messi being the best footballer without putting in effort for it. Or Carlsen being the best chess player casually, just because one day he found himself on top. Same goes for anything, it's just wrong.

Going by the tropes, the sage from his previous party must have cursed him, right?

You don't have to wish to become the best to put in effort into something.

why not just demote instead of revoking license
That is what happened. He was top ranker and his HP/stats fell down gradually. Eventually he was down in power to the point of taking just "C-level" job quests. When he failed three C-level quests in a row his adventurer guild membership was revoked. As for other jobs that don't require killing, he didn't get any presumably because he was waning and continuing to fall.

Gratitude is for the dogs. There are plenty of wealthy nobles but none deigned to help the MC despite basically having their properties/desmesnes saved by him.

Gratitude is for the dogs. Lots of adventurers look down on the MC. They must be Gen-Z as they are infamous for finding ways to disrespect older generations. Hopefully, the MC will find a Generation Alpha person that is appreciative of the help in starting out as an adventurer. The MC still has his raw knowledge, cognitive power, and skills to pass onto another generation.

He should've quit they are right, but they should of done it another way, talking to him in private and explaining why they would revoke his license.

He was getting closer to death each time he used his skills, it was basically suicide.
Yeah, since he's so useful to the guild, why can't them being more appreciative by helping him to find another job. It's just plain unprofessional.
