It's not that weird. Enchanting items or body parts with spells for later use is pretty normal in fantasy and RPGs, all things considered.

It's just this time it's on breasts instead of wands, staves or tattoos, which is kinda on-brand with his skill revolving around breasts.

honestly I'm just glad that her shirt burned through when the lightning spell went off.
Yes, it allowed for the Lucky Pervert Moment, but it's also just realistic if it's the breast itself that the spell is activating from.
The fact it was a spell bolt and effectively like a magic stun gun, is probably the only reason her entire shirt didn't ignite, but a hole burned through the fabric is at least mechanically consistent.

As silly as this title is, there's some parts that get weirdly in-depth and even mechanically intriguing.

I honestly wish the author would just go all-in on getting granular with his skill and all the ways it operates, physiologically, magically, and so on.
Like a fantasy version of "hard sci-fi" all couched in dumb ecchi nonsense, and it has to take itself very seriously, even when it's being lighthearted or "deep" about things like body image and stuff at the same time.
I think it'd be even more enjoyable if it didn't stick to the surface-level of things when it comes to the skill and the world they're all living in.

plus, if more mana can be stored in a larger...container? receptacle? then the bigger the cup size, the greater the volumetric magic storage capacity. And more mana generally means more powerful spell.
