.....That being said, this manga obviously isn't taking itself seriously.
The old man had a realistic injury and it changed his life.
The woman got pummeled by Fuwa, the world champion, and didn't suffer any consequence whatsoever. Should've had life-changing internal bleeding damage to the brain right there.

What's honestly setting this manga back, is its shounen tropes of MCs invulnerability.
I want the MC to be into excessive self-defense methodology, but still plan for the future, go to college, etc.
The whole "only the shounen fist tournament is right!" is slightly too silly for me.
