The show is pretty flawed, like this fight a lot of the fights won't even get captured on film. It would be funny if Rikadou became famous from the show for her lesson segments, always turning up after Akita's fights. I dunno why the organiser denied her joining when its now been shown that people can recruit people. She just has to join Akitas team.

i assume these lessons are for if you're a total scrub going against a knife like MC is
fighting a knife is silly cause its a knife
dodging is no good cause you got tired fast for focusing on dodging the knife so you might not see a different attack coming
if you tried to disarm the person there's a high chance your hand is gonna get stabbed
if everything fails
stay calm and use your body's most reaching limb, the leg and kick em hard in liver cause its pretty much the human's body biggest weak point

That's good and all, but realistically in a no rules anything goes situation, it's best you have a weapon with a good reach. Just because she prefers to use her fists doesn't mean everyone else has to do the same. An aluminum or metal bat is honestly a good weapon in this case, they're actually quite light, but hits really heavy. It can't be blocked by a knife, nor can they really block it with their limbs without taking fairly bad damage to their own limbs.

Also, it's weird how the knife users here are using their knives so inefficiently. Why are they all trying to go for the head, one of the hardest places to land a blow? They have a fucking knife, knick, slash, or stab any body part that's most easily reachable. Wound them slowly, whittle them down, let the bleed as the fight prolongs.

She made such a cute face this chapter.

Also nice panty shot, glad to see we didn't get a mysterious black hole or modesty spats.

Knife dude forgot that just pointing a knife at someone does nothing, especially when they're much taller and thus have more reach.

maybe Rikudou want to make sure Akita himself become his own weapon and treat weapon as an extra. Relying on weapon means you became useless/weakling if the weapon fail due to various reasons.

from the backstory it seems the knife user is really just an amateur that got lucky so far fighting people with minimal experience in a street fight
