A gram of fat is 9 calories. 2000/9 = 222 grams. 222*90=20 kg.

Now, in real life of course it’s going to be less, because our body cannot live off only fat, but there has been cases when people lost a lot of fat by quickly by not eating and only receiving some intravenous supplements. I’ve personally lost 10 kg in two months, by being depressed and eating less.

Absolutely possible. Like @NotSenpai here I also had a situation where I lost about 7 kg in a few weeks due to a sickness. Chako seems like she is majorly depressed and is very literally wasting away, so it's not completely out of the realm of possibility.
