Bring back scroll bar

Before implementation of the most recent progress bar, I used to be able to see both the scroll bar on the side as well as the progress bar, but since the update the newest progress bar, the scroll bar is just gone.

I'd like the scroll bar back; the scroll bar and the progress bar serves two different functions, and I don't like that the scroll bar's been removed.

Is your theme setting system (light)?
The scrollbar should come back if you switch to regular light mode.
