You may be curious, but @Epsilon04 fears that I am bringing doom upon us all.

These hair colors don't seem terribly offensive.

If the manga is rendered in black-and-white, then the brunette is likely to be rendered as if white-haired or blonde. And then, if in keeping with the pictographic conventions of manga, the apparent blonde is the less anxious of the two, we may expect some ranting.
