I could see two applications for them, one herb to cause some clotting, another as pain relief, and then they try to patch him up from there

That's a fair point yes, would make sense.

The old man is basically coughing (puking?) blood, he has at bare minimum some internal damage, if a boomerang didn't outright go through him even, it's why I wonder if medicine is magical or something, cause I don't think any patching up can help him without being in like a modern hospital.

Without magic that man is bacon toast.

She seems to be flying fairly high, the orc would need to use some strength to throw the princess, and if it was too slow of a throw she could just evade too, the princess would also get hurt when she lands independent of the speed.

Plus in a throw the princess would be a flying sitting duck in case she wanted to attack, so I'm not sure throwing the princess really is viable.

I'm not even gonna comment on the story anymore. But I do have one thing that really made me laugh (ironic since the story/manga is a joke frfr). What the hell happened to the Sage's feet on page five. Feet (and especially ANKLES) don't work like that. But it seems par for the course.

I feel the princess works better by sneaking behind them, cause without the advantage of surprise they can counter attack, she's just too important to risk on the small fries when there's many to still kill.

Ya kno all the had to do was fly around because fire doesn't instantly drain an area of oxygen so as long as you kept a somewhat decent speed since you know you can fly the wind would make it to your nose and mouth and you could get oxygen. HEll they even proved the fire wasn't directly on her face so she should've been able to breath
