Can you recommed reborn as a monster isekai or dark fantasy manga or light novels?

As I have too much free time at the moment I wanted to start with some new series.
I like reborn as a monster isekai like re:monster, kumo, dragon egg, slime, overlord... as well as dark fantasy like Berserk and The Dark Massacre of the Vengeful Hero.
I would be very happy for any manga/light novel recommendation

One of my favorite. I thought it was only a light story about slice of life and cooking a monster at first, surprisingly it has a good action manga as a bonus (plot will thicken in chapter 20 or something) a bit dark
