Cannot enter mangadex with 1.1.1.1

I dont know why, after turn ON warp+, i can access this site on every browser on android.

Can you guess the problem like is that my (internet) fault or warp+ fault or mangadex server fault?

Btw i'm accessing mangadex from asia

Cloudflare isnt providing service to MD anymore. And the sites CDN doesnt have servers in asia anyway.
