Can't Change Custom Theme

I had a custom theme previously and it worked just fine, but I'm having trouble changing it now. Every time I try to select a new color, it just doesn't stick. I'll select a new color but the little circle indicating the colors for each setting doesn't change; they're just stuck where they were before and I'm not sure why. For example, I'll choose "accent (active)" and drag the color selector to red, but the circle next to the text doesn't turn red even if I click "save theme." Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

There's a known bug that's preventing the modal from properly showing up.

A confirmed temporary workaround is to open the theme editor (profile popout at the top right, then "Theme") and saving the changes there.
