Can't post comment on manga directly after I posted one on another. Says it's too soon between. Is it supposed bro be like that?

@Ritokage Yes it has always been like that. I don't know the exact time but you need to wait a certain time before you can post comments again, it's to prevent spamming

Edit: I think it might be around 2-3 minutes?

If I remember correctly the time was around 2 minutes might be off by a bit but it's around there.
