can't remember the name of these two manga please help!

I love this manga about a hero/former hero [not isekai i don't think] that is given a territory of grass and nothing. has a [kijin? oni?] wife two sheep called me-ah and later loli twins and a talking mouse.

Second I picked up shortly before kissmanga [i miss my bookmarks alrdy] died: guy isekai'd during shopping [came with cart] to land of the dead and started cultivating it with the spirits help.
It looked fun but I didnt get a chance to catch up on it.

If anyone can help me find these two I super appreciate it.
