I personally am really interested into agrorobots, that could finally fix all the problems with agriculture.
Targeted removal of damaging plants&bugs, while leaving the beneficial or non-harmful ones there. Allowing for multiculture fields, as the robots can just target the plants to harvest. Ending the need for ploughing with targeted planting, etc.

This is one of the rare bits of future tech that actually sounds like a real fix. Precision instead of blanket pesticides, multiculture fields without the usual headaches, and less ploughing overall would be huge for soil health. If agrorobots can pull that off, farming might finally shift from brute force to something sustainable long-term.
