Nah. MangaDex™ has been buggy recently with their bannings where even when you are unbanned you can still have the title, here are a couple people who have the same bug and still have commented recently:

Ok, just did it and from what I can see I'm currently banned and unable to post in the forums nor see the comments... oh
It's fine though, I don't mind the banned label because it makes people wonder: why is this banned person commenting? what did they do to end up banned? why are they still commenting? think of a watered down terrifying presence from Fallout. Also we all know I'll end up banned again, who knows
