I just watched an episode of Ameku M.D and it really is an anime version of House M.D.
-Mentioned Lupus in the first episode
-Eccentric doctor that gravitate towards intriguing medical cases
-That one coworker who's always teased by said doctor
-A meddling director/ dean of medicine

What's missing is the "mature American drama" vibe as well as Vicodin. This dwarf is not on med and doesn't need any walking aid.

So you're telling me they made House M.D., but without the crippling addiction, the chronic leg pain, and the overwhelming sense of American nihilism? That's like making an anime version of Breaking Bad where Walter White just opens a perfectly legal pharmacy and pays his medical bills with insurance.

Imagine him stressing over a minor tax audit instead of the cartel, Jesse being a responsible pharmacist-in-training, and Gus Fring just running a completely normal fried chicken franchise. No explosions, no blue meth, just Walter going, 'Jesse, we need to fill these prescriptions… ethically.'

Also, it's kinda funny that you just called them red and yellow, probably because you didn't know their name. There are a LOT of blues out there, probably more than Red and yellow combined.
