In theory, that does make it edible, though "edible" doesn't necessarily mean "nutritious" or "palatable" for humans, also to note that you should not eat random spider webs since spider webs can collect dust, bacteria, fungi, and toxins from the environment around it and that would be really really bad for you.

I felt like I should say this to you, since you probably might just actually consume actual spider web just to check.

Spider silk is difficult to break, it's structure is extremely resistance to breakdown, the digestive enzymes might struggle to fully break it down, so it's an extremely poor source of nutrition, dude. Also, some people have allergic reaction to spider silk proteins. Not a good idea at all.
