Quick question, according to the forum rules, is murder allowed. At first I thought maybe since y would they go out of there way to make a rule about that but I think rule one is a catch all

Depends on if the mods think murder is 'objectionable behavior' ૮.ᆺ. ა a quick google tells me that 'objectionable' can mean

Used to describe people or things that you dislike or oppose because they are so unpleasant or wrong:

I hate to be a party pooper but... how murdering is not a personal attack? Surely you'll be banned for saying "nuke USA" but not "nuke insert here Asian country", so the only way is to cause a heart fail like sending some bills comparing what they're going to pay from now on for something unexpensive one month ago (like eggs for USAians), some fake news, something creating with AI faking a tragic success, etc. So I guess you can go with the standard "your waifu is not real", "new season was never confirmed" and "this manga is cancelled / on permanent hiatus".
