You definitely can make a pure evil character like sukuna or demons in frieren but making this pure evil is still know its wrong and yet it charmed the reader.

Quick question, according to the forum rules, is murder allowed. At first I thought maybe since y would they go out of there way to make a rule about that but I think rule one is a catch all

Murder is allowed as long you manage to not offend the other party, this is where the mods draw the line.
