Zarqlan from stellaris, his archeology dignity ends up with your empire getting head from him (more specifically his head, which is pretty well preserved), in fact his head is so good it will compel the spiritualist fallen empire's population to mobilize for a jihad at your command (every decade or so the fleet you can summon gains an extra battleship and 3 escorts class, this scales pretty well if you can get it in the early game).
