Yeah, there's a lot of variation in 'work from home' - the bigger the company, the more likely they're 'digitally babysitting'. As a salaried employee of a small (several dozen employees) company, the only metric I have to meet is 'the work gets done in a timely fashion', hence my perpetual weekday lurking.

I suspect most 'sauces' for coffee are technically 'syrups' - heavily sugared, viscous solutions. Casuals just don't seem to like bitter flavors, SM shake H my head.

Spoiler: The Premise

An office worker time leaps back 10 years to be back in the body of his 16 year old self and confesses to his world history teacher, whom he had a big crush on. She accepts his confession and they start dating. 10/10. Perfect female teacher x male student plot

Spoiler: The Art Style

I don't like the art style. 4/10

Spoiler: The characters

Main Character, Seiji Sanada:
A very generic hetslop character. Not much of note to say. Avoids intercourse/sex with his girlfriend/teacher (I wanted more sex scenes) 5/10

Female Main Character, Hiiragi-Sensei:
She has big boobs. Very sweet and does a lot of things for Seiji, even if she's somewhat clueless because it's her first relationship 8/10

Seiji's little sister, Sana:
She is a big brocon and very jealous of Hiiragi-sensei. She has a complex about her small boobs and is relatively untalented. She's quite the funny character at times 7/10

Hiiragi-Sensei's little sister Natsumi:
She is a siscon but approves of her sister's relationship with Seiji despite their respective ages being 16 and 24. She's getting pulled down in rating by the scene where she gets sexually aroused from a cat being on her boobs and put up in rating for the scene where she gets horny from watching her sister and Seiji make out. 7/10

Rei:
0/10. Terrible shoe-horned character. Seiji's future colleague who also time leaped back but into an elementary schooler and has a crush on Seiji. She contributes nothing to the plot is unfunny, annoying and generally useless

Spoiler: The Plot

Very generic slice of life. There is not much to mention. First it's just Seiji and Hiiragi-sensei, then the other characters get introduced with time, Rei being the last and only a few chapters before the end of the manga 5/10

Spoiler: The Ending

Very contrived. Seiji has random time jumps into the future where he sees that he has broken up with Hiiragi-sensei and keeps trying to change the past but every day he has a leap for a few minutes back into the future but nothing he does changes reality. This would have been interesting HADN'T IT BEEN INTRODUCED LIKE THREE CHAPTERS BEFORE THE END WHICH MAKES IT HAVE NO IMPACT AT ALL. In the end he accepts the break-up at christmas that year and just RETURNS to her 10 years later to get together again. 3/10. Introduced way too late to make me care about it
