sorry if this has been asked/answered before, but hypothetically if someone were to create a new scanlation for a previously-removed manga (like Ponkotsu Ponko) and upload it here, would those uploads be removed immediately, or only if the site received another takedown request that included the series? (this is hypothetical btw, i'm not going to scanlate Ponko)
