making fried rice tonight.
don't have, carrots, peas, sesame oil or fancy aromatics, so I'll be using red peppers and cabbage. throwing in some chicken as well.
if anyone ever made some before, anything to help me with it would help, I don't have a wok, so I'll be using a big pan, not sire how many eggs I should throw in, considering we'll be 4.

update: it was delicious, maybe a little heavy on the salt (didn't water down the soy sauce), ended up using 8 eggs.

I now have a new receipt I can default to when I don't know what to cook.

Angry panda sometimes makes me think that he likes cheese. This is however untrue. Anyways today I just had the most worthless class I've ever had in my whole life. Genuinely I was concerned at why I was paying the same tuition to go in this class. The purpose of the class is to link biological and scientific concepts to pop culture characters. What ended up happening is an hour-long presentation about Avatar The last Airbender where 27 minutes of the presentation were clips from the show unedited.
