And points were supposed to be a feature that were similar to achievements, but as of now they are not implemented since @rdn (and other developers) have been busy with other things. Currently the only trophy you could if it was working was this, for posting at least once in V3 (MangaDex in 2018 - 2021). The only person who has this is @rdn himself.

Another staff has said recently that the feature is not a priority so we probably won't be seeing it for awhile.
