South Jersey gets tourists?
My specific town in South Jersey is the only National Historical town in the country. It's the oldest seaside resort and sees plenty of Canadian, Philadelphian, and New Yorker traffic.
.... It's multiple hotels along the beach not one big resort lol.
so after looking at some photos
well my town is relatively Victorian styled (in a weird clichéd way) but I actually wish it didn't have to rely on tourist revenue. There's so few full-time residents that almost every business closes in the winter, and the whole area is just old people. My old house (before I moved) is now an Airbnb. I think the town should ban new airbnbs and limit the amount the current owners have to one house per family (extended included), so as to prevent loopholes.
