Well, from my experience good tacos packing a punch better, but kebabs last longer. My preference for kebabs? Make it a calzone kebab (the cheese makes it a wonderful experience), a shame my favourite site closed before the pandemic...

I started to sleep without a pillow, and it has helped my neck/shoulder stiffness, migraines and insomnia.
Not saying there's one simple fix but poor sleep posture can be a cause. I hope it will get better.
