@Basic_human, yeah as others mentioned that is a scam, Twitter will unban you if they consider unfair without requesting money (or just not proceed), a few weeks ago in the reddit linux sub someone asked about the same thing about instagram unbanning in exchange of money, the content of the post is hidden due to their new policy, but after he was banned in Instagram a "friend" told him to contact a moderator that oversight the banning and he should send money to them, he was looking for a tool in linux that did the same, which again only the platform can do that (without money) or creating a new account

Yeah, it's obviously a scam, nobody serious will ever ask you for gift cards.

A real Twitter employ would ask you to dowload Teamviewer, so he can unban you from your computer directly.
You will just need to open your crypto wallet to prove that it's really your twitter account
