I had this idea a long time ago. Put a mini game in your vn, something pretty hard that most people would ignore because it's optional. But if you get the max score you unlock the gamer girl.

Or an random NPC without a sprite at the parc, this NPC has new dialogues every new day you talk to her, but player would assume not because who try to talk to every NPC again and again (I do)
If you talk to her everyday she get a sprite and become a route "All my life I felt invisible,

but one day you looked at me"

I had this idea that there would be a secret girl in a game where she only exists if you play at a certain time. Based on the computer's clock.

I like that.
Not a VN idea, but I plan a farming simulation game a la harvest moon/stardew valley, where the main story is evil farming, but there is a hidden path at the start that you have to go out of your way to get, that allows you to play a farmer actually connected to nature.

It's the winter break currently, so I'm mostly free except for my internship hours, so I'm trying to get back into the game to annoy everyone in the forums again.

Going pretty well actually. Some prisoners come to seek legal advice from me, little do they know if they use my advice they'll probably end up with longer sentence.
