To be honest, yeah, a bit. I don't think it would be the worst thing in the world if the staff put together a 'starter list of don'ts' or something like that.

Cooked rice, soy sauce, Greek olive oil, eggs, chicken stock, white pepper, and my SECRET SPECIAL SPICES!

Cook da rice.
Let rice get cold (or use leftover or use less water for dry rice)
Mix chicken stock with white pepper and SPECIAL SPICES!
Put a little olive oil in mix.
Then pour over da rice.
CRack eggs in bowl with salt
Then heat up more oil on da frying pan
Pour den Scramble da eggs in the pan
Then remove to make space for da rice.
Add more oil to fry then put da rice on.
Cook a little then add eggs back in
Mix all together

TAdah it a deliciou dish
