Only thing I can do is to live under a constant diet while also having to pay 3x the price for standard good replacements.

A gluten-free diet is still better than "Oh yeah, this disease is literally eating your own organs and the only thing we can do is give you pills that MAY help"

Especially if you have rich family members that would give you bonus money monthly to compensate for the more expensive food
