I know someone FAAAAARR worse IRL. Someone so vile that I have to hold back my urge to strangle them in their sleep. I saved their life once, and I have regreted doing so everyday since then. MF will likely be my death one day from a fury fueled heart attack.

One of the most draining case. A mentally ill that insisting they're still normal and not in any mental issue is really need some extra energies to be drained.
