Thanks for the recommendation, sis! I've heard a lot of praise for NANA, and I love shoujo. But I always procrastinate on NANA because 1) it doesn't have an ending (it's on hiatus), and 2) as far as I know, it's not wholesome. It's full of angst and cheating. I'm more of a fan of fluffy shoujo

But I'll eventually watch and read it

it was a huge turning point in my life watching Nana. i watched it when i was 18 and related to so much of it in ways i probably wish i didn’t. the characters, the relationships, the feeling of trying to find yourself while everything falls apart around you it hit hard.

i still recommend it to people even though it was never finished. somehow that almost makes it sadder.
