this one is legendary (mostly because you've posted it a hundred times). there's something in here about 'only knowing the history you're shown' or something idk @pandascepter hepl
Brother, you cannot depend on my smoll brain, my smoll brain can only fit shotacon, bigtiddies, yaoi and yuri
I would post a lot of other ones but sadly most of my V3 screenshots got lost on my old PC. :aquadrink:

I lost my imgbb account lol
Oh here's something I don't think I ever shared. I took this screenshot of someone funny pfp 2 days before the site was shut down for 2 years.

Nowadays their pfp is gone, but even as far back as 2024 it was still up.

I wonder what would've happened if the forums didn't shutdown for 2 years...
That is an interesting question. Would the GFG continue to be golden or would they simmer out? I think Halo would still choose to leave later though.

Also here's another screenshot I took when V5 first started. Back in the first week the developers had it so you can see your reaction score by your username: I think I already shared this one though.

Site died for a minute...
quote from status page:
Short postmortem:
  • Computing title ratings site-wide is very expensive (mainly because of the usage of bayesian rating in this case),
  • So this computation is done ahead of time, once per hour, and its result is stored in memory for quick access in the meantime,
  • However the space we allocate in memory for this (& similar things) has grown and grown over time, and just today passed the maximum allocated total size for it, causing automatic eviction of some values from memory (Redis maxmem + lru eviction),
  • When this value is missing, the site attempts to initialize it, and when it tries to do so multiple times per second it causes extreme strain on our databases, and in turn an outage
