Okay unnecessarily defensive but I said that "Saying that Paganini was one of the first to use dissonance and resolution when I just gave you an example that predates his career by nearly a full century, is like saying that Elon Musk is one of the first people to experiment with electric cars" then I cited a bit from Paganini's 4th Caprice where he uses the same vii o7 to I 6/4 Bach uses in his recitatives.

Also pointed out that the devil rumors were cuz of his freaky hands, fashion sense and showmanship.
