Using a different DNS server doesn't hide your IP address from the other end of a connection - for this, what you want is a VPN.

WARP works just fine... unless a complete moron has the ability to force ISPs to block Cloudflare servers for the entire country, which makes it impossible to connect to the entry points...

So, an alternative for those cases is a regular VPN, like ProtonVPN (I'm a paid user, but their free tier is pretty neat, the only limits being that you cannot select regions, so it's region gacha)

Actually, I think ProtonVPN restricts torrent usage to the paid tiers

WARP's app has something akin to a VPN built in, but just changing your DNS settings to use 1.1.1.1 (which you can do without the app) doesn't do IP concealment by itself.

nvm p2p is against tos warp, but it does still hide your ip when not torrenting. So id go with what @Bartolumiu said, protonvpn. Like what mangodex recommended back then when my stupid ass gov figure country decided to block mangodex.
