Anyone else have trouble following what's going on sometimes? It feels like there should be so many more pages.

I am beyond confused, what happened? How is the girl that gave her heart still alive? Does she have clones? Or a twin? What is going on? And on top of all a week break

This is very nasty. We did NOT see the contract that they made. We don't know what it is.

So, my understanding is that they nullified the contract with public safety, by simply exiling the public safety leader into the aging world.

So next we see denji and everyone eating and celebrating at a family restaurant, and we see that there are people that transform into chainsaw men. This means that people will have a steady fear of chainsaw man from now on, which is probably the 4 horsemen's goal.

Denji is sitting next to famine, and denji's rule of "i hate women that try to kill me" may still be in effect, in which case my understanding of women leads me to suspect that famine may want a relationship with denji, and will steal him from war and honestly that is the easiest way to get him onto her side, none of the other crazy stuff. Women steal each other's boyfriends all the time it's an ancient game played by dark elder gods. Probably has it's own devil in that world too.

As for that one weird woman from public safety on the cover, i have elevated her danger level.

This chapter "What was that?"

Maybe I just don't understand this story, but it feels like the perfect representation of "nothing ever happens"

it feels anticlimactic because the climax lasted several chapters lol. needed to go back and reread the last few chapters to get a better sense of everything.

The presentation is a bit confusing, but if you sit down to think about it for a moment, I think it makes sense.

Basically, when the Octopus Devil was unleashed in its big form, it traps the Aging Devil with its tentacles (that's why in the darkness Aging Devil finds itself in, we see that the walls look like tentacles).
Inside the darkness, black Chainsawman still awaits and from his mouth comes the MREEE guy (whom presumably the gang put inside Denji so that he shows up in the outside world).
The MREEE guy grabs the Aging Devil and is pulled back into black CSM's stomach again. But at the same time, they come out of Denji's mouth in the Aging world.

I like how we didn't actually see the Aging Devil agree to the deal. It really shows how much they managed to back it into a corner despite it being the devil of a fundamental fear.
