I hope there's now negative two people thinking that Fujimoto wanted to portray Denji as a sexual assault victim-- at least, with Asa/Yoru.
Mans was on all fours two chapters ago, begging for Alleyway Handjob 2 at the slightest suggestion (the prequel already getting his five stars minutes after it happened), and now he's practically crying for Yoru/Asa to keep grinding on him-- a straight up assjob on Shounen Jump(+)-- while she degrades him. If I ever see anything talking about Denji's appraisal of these events that isn't anything to the effect of "Casca Denji enjoyed it", I am going to flip a man.
I mean, for sure, he's being manipulated yet again (though I think he was always gonna fight the Death Devil, sex or not). Unyieldingly casting him as a victim, though, arguably robs him of an agency you necessarily have to acknowledge in order to understand his character and his reactions to himself.
Fujimoto's really going through it, and he decided to make it everyone's problem. Mans was probably clenching his teeth to dust storyboarding this. He might actually just make Denji explode in a future chapter.
