thinking back to the first chapter of this part, when Asa wished she had lived just a bit more selfishly. I'm glad she's lived long enough to try and make that a reality now with Denji (seeing him revert back to his current self when he resolved to do this too... that's my boy). Seeing someone reach their hand out to help up Asa no matter how many times she falls over is Really important to me lol

also love that for all the killing and manipulation she's carried out, Yoru's anger is ultimately that her sister was eaten. It's different from Death who clung to life so hard because she liked having human friends but even Yoru can care for others, twisted as it may come off sometimes

I know Asa makes swords and that's her whole deal, but not trying to turn Death into a scythe just feels inappropriate.

Yoru is in denial, she has fallen in love (in some twisted way) with a human (Denji) and it's just going through this whole rampage to fill the void from having Pochita eat all that she once cared about and it's even mader that she came to care more about Denji than her comrads/children/sisters

fulfill yoru's contract with asa which some people claim doesn't exist so idk but if that's the case then asa is dead and in a world without death she can't die so she's alive? ah who cares I'm in it to be surprised
