This piece and his works follows the same pattern. It being so random and horrid that feels rushed to a point that makes you think everything is stupid not tragic or happy just stupid, till the very end...

I want to eat Fujimoto, chew every inch of his being, digest him, and shit him out in a slightly pasty consistency, just enough to scoop with a spoon and blend with some avocado and milk, so that everything is filtered through my kidneys and comes out in my urine, all just so he can feel a tiny fraction of how he made me feel with this ending

Either we will get to see part 3 or this just end like this. Good to see Power again, but where is Aki? Makima isn't coming back because she already reincarnate as Nayuta?

It’s a total mess. None of the foreshadowing actually paid off — or honestly, it’s impossible for all of them to get resolved because none of the mysteries are even connected to each other. He just keeps throwing in new mysteries one after another, super fast, like he didn’t really think them through at all.

Is there a list somewhere with all the plot points/holes?

Obvious ones like
Kobeni's contract
Guy who escaped the aging world
Other chainsaw guy (Who killed Yuko, gave him blood during falling)
Picture he got from Fumiko meant nothing?
Prophecy came true, so it's gonna happen again?
Reze is gone?
Kishibe is gone?
Is Aki with Himeno now?
Denji's missing an eye, so he's also missing his testicle?
The "don't open the door" with Asa, was that she and her mother basically killed her dad? Does that matter? With Denji his Dad put him into debt, so he had to work, he was basically forced into his position, with Asa, did anything change? Is it some "she trips to avoid fault when doing what she wants"? So her tripping with Bucky was what she wanted? or not? She never resolved to live more selfishly?
Pochita's whole thing of umbilical cord was just design? Hope devil theory might be related to c-section, hope to get the baby out or something?
Power's just, back, like that? Her being scared of the Darkness devil never happened?
When is the world without Pochita made? Not when Denji wakes up because Nayuta is there, how old was Makima? has it always been without Pochita? So Asa is the first to say "Chainsaw man"?
We'll never know the contracts the weapon hybrids made? Pochita's was to see Denji's dreams, a normal life, what was Reze's? Does breaking the contract always emerge the pure devil form like Pochita?
Could the "Halloween" be used against Makima as it's not an "attack"?
Santa's still doing his thing?
What's Katana man up to now he has no reason to live?

Maybe I missed something but, was there any point to Fami? Was she just used as an identity reveal, which, did Death want what happened? Was this the end goal was end of the world?

There's definitely ones I missed... so, we'll never know?

6 months has passed after Part 2 has ended, and people are still criticizing it, even fans who used to viciously defend it. That's how bad it has fumbled.

While I can admit that Part 2 isn't one of the worst works, the experience from it is pretty awful.

Characters are too underutilized at best or too unlikable at worst. Part 2 has done awfully dirty to Denji that I think refocusing on him ended up being the wrong move. To repeat something I said before, "We want to see the best of Denji, but Fujimoto only wants to offer the worst of him. By that, I meant a lousy parody of himself."

The worldbuilding is worse with blatant plot contrivances. Any sort of emontional sendoffs turned out to be frustrating for one reasons or another. Underwhelming payoffs after another. And Yoru just cannot carry it as a final villain. Honestly, when the Yoru "fight" begins, I don't have any expectations for it anymore and I don't think Part 2 could realistically end in a fulling matter. And then Chapter 231 happened. Somehow, it's worse than I'd imagine. Denji ended up joining Public Safety again after the reset, but now in a worse position. Followed up with an ending that's far less hopeful than intended because he didn't put much thoughts into it.

"But you see, Denji is crazy, he will definitely make it far as a devil hunt-"

No, this is not the same Denji from Part 1 or even most of Part 2. Not only this is a different Denji with no previous memories who can't transform, he also has lacks the driving force to be crazy and almost have no choices to make by himself outside of preventing Asa from falling over because those are somehow better, apparently. That's also even assuming that Kishibe is even with the Public Safety in the reset world. If it's not Katana Man, then this Denji definitely won't make it far with even Eternal Devil. Even then, there's still probably his heart condition or the prophecy to worry about. Alright, I'm getting ahead of myself.

More spirit to you if you want to continue on reading Fujimoto's works after Chainsaw Man, but I don't have the heart to do it anymore.
