Changing Donation Amount?

I would like to change the amount I donate monthly to MangaDex and am unsure of the correct process. Is it as simple as subscribing with a different monetary amount, or does that add-on another pledge on top of my previous recurring payment? Also, does doing that charge me for that month again (if I had already donated for the month) or does it charge the newer amount the following month?

Maybe features like that could go in the Supporter Settings under a user's account settings.

So I cancel my automatic payment status via PayPal and then apply again here (since it doesn't look like you can edit the given amount, just make it inactive)? Is that the correct method?
