Changing volume numbers

I'm currently working with the group that is doing the all works maid manga (https://mangadex.org/title/20d72207...54b9da/heroine-saint-no-i-m-an-all-works-maid) is there a way to change chapters 1, 2.1, and 2.2 to be included in volume 1 since it was done by some other group?

If it's just a individual chapter then report them directly while if there are several report the title itself while saying which chapters should get what volumes (providing a source helps the mods too (and it shows that the volume is also actually out) e.g. in this case the bookwalker link for the first volume (or the list|series page if several volumes) since BW has a preview)

no spaces: volume, colon, either a single chapter or a chapter range (don't forget decimals)
