Chapter not Displaying

Chapter not displaying (There's no chapter in your selected language) even though is it exists and on the same language as my selected language

My fix was to set (Filter chapter language) to select all, then it showed, after which i set it back to English and it still showed.

Dunno if it's a high importance bug, more an annoyance.

Well... Used to can't see the chapter (what's is the past tense of can't) now i can, but i have to do the whole re-setting the language again.., Just randomly happen from time to time..( it's not displaying even tho i have the same language picked)

Edit : im also asking if this have happened to anyone else ?

i've had times where various elements won't display on the first page load - things like Recent Forum Posts and my reading history on the home page will be empty, and hitting f5 will show what i expect to see. i generally chalk it up to a DB server having a temporary brain-fart and returning a transient empty result set, and it's never happened more than once in a week since the last infra upgrade.

The various caches aren't always consistently cleared, so that's most likely the issue.
