I know this is an old thing and people are pretty much over it, but I gotta voice in. This wasn't a chapter advocating anti-gay stances. Reiji made a potion that was supposed to be the equivalent of an anti-viagra. Reiji deduced that Krull just needed to tone down his overly active lust, but Lillica misunderstood him and gave him the whole damn thing thinking it would make him straight (not realizing that's not how it works). Remember that Reiji doesn't care if someone is gay or not, he just wants Krull to knock it off with his hitting on Reiji all the time.
