honestly, washing dishes ain't enough for me since whose dishes exactly will she do the cleaning? MC's? Ghost-chan can't leave the shop and all she does is cook and clean, you can't exactly take the one thing she does to contribute, she'll get bored.

bloody bikini armour. she wouldn't need them potions if she wore an actual armour, heck, she'd be better off with a gambeson compared to her armor. I know that european martial arts do focus more on not getting hit as well, but people still wore protection for that occassions when you do get hit. Besides, it will hurt really badly in sparring sessions if you don't wear any layer of clothing.

@Nk9bjP4A armor is made to be fit with the person. There are historical accounts about Soldier in full plate armour capable of doing front flip and forward roll as they move across battlefield, and it’s also tested by others as well.

Bikini armor, in any way does not offer protection unless you add magic to protect those unprotected part. Without magic, I highly doubt that armor will protect the user from any piercing strikes.
