Eh, probably not good, but I doubt it'd matter much either. Given it's size, and if it was biologically similar to what you expect here (or maybe it's all just wavy hand magic, idk) it'd probably just pass through without doing much. If the cork part wasn't made right it could easily pass without working too.
I'm thinking compared to some of our crocodilians, large sharks, and numerous cases of smaller predators eating materials and either just passing them, or them basically just remaining in the tract until death from another cause. It could certainly lead to issues in some situations, like leading to a bad build-up of crud-- if acting like a 'core' (or kinda similar to the idea of a nucleation site if more familiar with that concept) where other materials can accumulate, until it's too big to pass safely; or if broken the glass shards cut delicate internal parts and leading to infection. This could be more likely if the digestive system has a part, where food is broken down mechanically, but internally - like in a gizzard. But either way, being so large, and given the 'potion' it contained, I think these would be somewhat mitigated.
......
I had more to ramble about and then realized idk why I even did this much... I could just say magic or that 'dragon-type' things eat whole armored people, sometimes weapons and all, safely, and probably be just as right🤷♂️
It could also be something akin to 'sugar glass' and breakdown easily--making the 'cork issue' I mentioned a non-issue....
Doesn't matter but I enjoy this type of thing as something like a thought experiment I guess.
