Hey guys, anyone have any recommendations for stories like this with revenge/op protagonist/protagonist growing powerful but without romance? For example this story doesn’t have one overarching love interest, or maybe it will later but it’s not the focus. Another example is goddess creation system (https://mangadex.org/title/22648/goddess-creation-system) where the mc keeps going to different places with different MLs and she gradually becomes powerful. Or ones with absolutely no romance like Saving 80,000 coins (https://mangadex.org/title/22843/saving-80-000-gold-coins-in-the-different-world-for-my-old-age) where the mc basically just does business with cheats.

I love these kinds of stories and need more while waiting for this one to update 😩 thanks!

@Verypeeved are you peeved about it? All jokes aside yes, the women get off Scott free. Compared to the men, they have it easy. Say a lot about my current society too. Women are generally sentenced much less time in prison than men (well, here in my state).

@Verypeeved and @AlGarone I'm sorry but are we reading the same comic because the cheating women definitely don't get off Scot free. They are punished for cheating, like that's one of the main points in some of the stories, including the newest arc.

As for your comment on women getting smaller sentences, I agree that there is some bias but you should also consider that men make up a majority of violent crimes that give out longer sentences such as murder, r*pe, assault, etc. Women are more likely to do smaller crime such as shoplifting or fraud which cause waaay less damage. Also there is the fact that women in general are less likely to commit crimes or be repeat offenders. The original title of this comic is more accurately translated as like "all trash to the incinerator" a lot of the chapters and even the most recent ones don't really even feature any male villains to be punished at all, just women. The women absolutely get punished, this comic is all revenge porn and spends a lot of time dragging out the death and despair endings of the former fls. Wtf is even this argument, 3 commenters who obviously never even read this.

That is part of the reason though. People who are less likely to repeat crime and in general don't do crime as often get smaller sentences. BUT ofc it isn't a simple 'oh there is only one reason'. It is a complex topic. There are many other things to take into account like race, monetary status,etc. That is just one of the reasons why. I mentioned other crimes as well just to emphasize that point. Also in the original comment it wasn't stated whether it was for the same crime it just said : "Women are generally sentenced much less time in prison than men (well, here in my state)". That is a direct quote. So I don't understand why you feel so attacked. I was just adding my two cents to the conversation. It's called a discussion. I have the right to defend and discuss, especially as I am part of said group being accused that "they have it easy". Another direct quote. How about you offer a different stance with evidence (i.e statistics and maybe even an article) and then we can talk about it intellectually.
