Some people don't seem to be buying it, but a Giant Girl Cafe makes sense. Maybe not perfect sense, but far more than a comedy manga really needs:
  • The Support Department wants the girls to live as normal a life as possible. Going to a cafe after school is a very "high-school girl" kind of activity.
  • The cafe, while probably not strictly profitable (it's tough even for a normal cafe), has all the facilities to serve regular food to regular people.
  • Some people would buy giant food for the 'grammability of it.
  • Some people would buy giant food because seriously, a cake as big as the table. You could even split it with a few friends if unabashed gluttony isn't your style.
  • The chance to meet Chieri chubby Neiro.

And that's just the reasons given in this chapter! If this manga goes on long enough it could totally dip further into sci-fi and have the Support Department be scaling things up because suddenly giant girls keep showing up. Maybe there are two 4-meter middle-schoolers who are already being supported at the main facility. Maybe we'll time skip 20 years and there's a whole Giant Girl Town.

They really should give these 2 girls the jobs of cranking a generator or something which can double as their exercise.

This universe gets dumber and dumber every chapter, and I'm all here for it. Just how powerful is the Giant Girl Assistance group?

Giant Girl Cafe, huh. Well, there's certainly lots of novelty value coming to eat at a cafe where the cups, plates, utensils and food are bigger than you are. Would be a trippy experience.

I wonder if Neiro's shadowy helper from the department would get introduced.

Indeed. They could meld it with an Alice in Wonderland style too.
