Well, seems like we're headed for the "classic romance" route: the main couple end up together, both girls return to normal size, and that's it.
Also, I don't think this solution came out of nowhere after all. The signs were there in Ch. 35: Ryou was most likely another possible victim of gigantification, but because she managed to fulfill her wish back then thanks to her friends from school, it didn't grow to the point of being too much to handle.
