Edit: These are the series that I have read myself. I have added some Friends to lovers ones too cuz they follow (somewhat) the same premise. Also, I generally avoid harem and the reunion type shit where the childhood friends meet after 10 years cuz that totally defeats the purpose imo. I personally like this genre cuz of their shared history, bond and smooth dynamic and chemistry. I prefer this over "fell in love at first sight" typa trope that's why there's so much on the list. Idk... I did like their interactions. I read it a very long time ago and probably didn't even finish it but I can't say the lack of romance made it bad for me. I forgot to add that the list isn't perfect. There are inconsistencies. I just striked out 2 where the CF doesn't even win/exist. I made it a long time ago and kept adding new ones when I found them and many don't even exist on MD so it's a bit of a mess. I apologise for that.

I've read that but sorry I really couldn't cheer for the childhood friend. It rarely every happens. Even in the titles where "My childhood friend treated me like trash so I was picked by the most beautiful girl in the class", I secretly hope that he'll go back to the CF but here I couldn't root for the CF at all.

Well I'm certainly a Nisekoi enjoyer but I didn't include it cuz I didn't enjoy it because they were childhood friends. Also I avoided a few where basically everybody goes way back.
