Do yous know if this (set of) chapter(s) is included in Volume 2? Based on the date of the pixiv uploads and Volume 2's TOC, it doesn't look like it is, but multiple websites say that the series is done with just 2 volumes, so is this arc not volumized?

Okay, so I looked up the TOC of Volume 2:

はじめての高校生のふたり
This is the High School Arc about their First Time that we just released as chapter 13.1-5

おたなになって
This is the Working Adult Arc we released as chapters 29 thru 38

プロポーズ
This is the Proposal Arc we released as chapters 39 thru 45

描き下ろし告白 (高校生のふたりが付き合うまで)
This is an omake about a confession in highschool.
(かきおろし kakioroshi, actually, but omake is more widely known. It just means it was a special illustration exclusive to the volume).

Anyways, that suggests to me that volume 2 does not have the Pregnancy and Family Arc.... but that doesn't mean they didn't fit it in somewhere. It's only 8 pages long.
